The Guildford / Cranleigh Village area
Cranleigh is a large, flourishing village with picturesque cricket green, the common and an abundance of restaurants, the village pubs, local shops, supermarkets, sports centre, golf courses, fishing lakes, tennis courts, stables, and countryside walks. Cranleigh is situated almost midway between Guildford and Horsham. Close by is the Bluebell Railway, Hever Castle, the southern canal barge route, Thorpe Adventure Park, Windsor Castle, Legoland, Fishers Farm, Horsham Park, Chessington Safari Park, as well as a wide range of villages, riverside walks and restaurants and so many historic attractions. It is less than one hour from both Heathrow airport and Gatwick airport with daily flights from throughout the world and regular budget airline travel routes from all over Europe. All major and local car hire companies are situated in and around the airports and the local towns of Guilford and Horsham, offering competitive pricing and a wide range of choice.
